The app for EMV will be available for Apple and Android devices in the respective stores for download approx. 6 weeks before the start of the event. The app includes an exhibitor list, hall and site plans, forum and conference program as well as travel information.

Landesmesse Stuttgart ensures a general watch on the trade fair halls and outdoor areas for the duration of the trade fair and during the construction and dismantling periods. Where necessary, stand security must be organized by the exhibitor. Stand security personnel may only be hired from the security companies commissioned by Landesmesse Stuttgart.

Invite up to 30 VIP customers via the portal ticket services for exhibitors. The VIP ticket includes: Free admission on all three exhibition days, free parking and participation at the Get Together. There are no costs for you when your customers redeem the vouchers.

The exhibitor agrees to erect 2.5 m high stand partition walls on all closed sides of the stand space. Exhibitor not using his/her own stand partition or rental stand, must order stand partition walls.
Where the back wall of a stand extends beyond 2.5 m in height, the wall must appear white-coloured and uncluttered. Advertising must have a distance of 1 m from the neighbouring stand.

VIP tickets for your top customers can be ordered in the ticket portal for exhibitors. Please note that VIP invitations are limited to 20 tickets per exhibitor. The VIP ticket includes: admission on all three days of the fair, parking and participation in the get-together. Redeemed tickets will be charged after the event.

Publishers of unauthorized directories often offer exhibitors an entry into low-quality directories in the months leading up to an exhibition. In some cases, these unauthorized directories even hide long-term payment requests in four-digit amounts in the small print. The Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) provides information on how to avoid becoming a victim of this directory scam.
Exhibitors and their subcontractors are obliged to effectively contribute to the avoidance of waste during every phase of an event. This goal has to be pursued in coordination with all participants, starting in the planning phase. In general, reusable and environmentally compatible materials should be used for stand construction and operation.
