You can place your logo on the floor plan on the carpet between entrance NCC East and the access control, to directly draw attention to your company. This is exclusively for 1 exhibitor.
With the add-on article 'top of category' your entry will appear at the top of the "exhibitors and products" search results within a product category.
With the banner up placed in the hall transitions and NCC Ost entrance hall you achieve a maximum attention.

The app for SMTconnect includes a list of exhibitors, hall and site plans, a forum program, a networking function and information on how to get there. The app is available for download for Apple and Android devices in the respective stores approximately 6 weeks before the event.

Upon presenting a valid disability ID, you can use the VIP parking spaces near the entrance free of charge.

To visit the event, you can rent a wheelchair from the Bavarian Red Cross (BRK).

Please contact the BRK at least 14 days prior to your visit. On shorter notice, please be sure to call the BRK directly.

The following sanitary facilities will be freely accessible to visitors with disabilities during the event: "NCC Mitte", Operation Center, Service 5/6, Service 7, parking
garage, "NCC Ost" (ground floor).
Guide dogs
Guide dogs are, of course, welcome on the exhibition grounds.
The stand construction guidelines, technical guidelines and the general terms of contract attached to the application form constitute the contractual basis and compliance with these documents is mandatory.
Stand constructions that do not comply with the guidelines may have to be amended or removed.

Please note that all exhibition stands greater than or equal 100 sqm are subject to approval at smt@nuernbergmesse.de (exception: rental stands ordered in the Shop for Exhibitor Services).
Approval is to be applied for using Form P1 “Stand design approval”.
The maximum building height is 5.80 m.
Two-storey stand construction is not permitted.
Assuming that the protection and hygiene concept is observed in the design of the exhibition stand, further coordination with Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH is not necessary. Please note that the exhibition venue and Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH cannot give any approval for stand constructions under infection protection aspects.
Exhibition halls are overseen during the official assembly and dismantling periods and for the duration of the event. However, this does not constitute any liability of the organizer.
Additional stand guards are recommended and can only be ordered through the ServicePartner.

For exhibiting companies with current vacancies, there are two possibilities to catch the attention of potential candidates:
They can either publish job offers at the on-site jobboard. Send your job offer beforehand to your Exhibitionmanager from Mesago or hand in the job offer directly on site.
Or book the "Job offer" in the shop for exhibitor services. Here you can place up to 6 files with job offers on your site in the exhibitor search and draw attention to current vacancies.
General cleaning
Cleaning of the site, halls and gangways is arranged by the organizer.
The cleaning company commences final cleaning at 20:00 hrs on the last assembly day. Cartons, battens, planks, crates etc. still in the gangways at this time will be regarded as refuse and removed.
Please note that due to the hygiene cencepts, all exhibitors and visitors must register in advance.
Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased online in advance and during the trade fair in the Exhibitor Ticket Portal.
Choose between promotion tickets and visitor vouchers to invite your customers. Promotion tickets are available in unlimited quantities and reduce the ticket price for your customers. Visitor vouchers are available in limited quantities and allow your customers to enter the event for free.

Initially, only the contact person named in the exhibitor application is entitled to use this service. This contact person can appoint additional persons as representatives in the Ticket Services for Exhibitors online portal at any time, who will then have full access to all functions of the portal.
The customs clearance office on the exhibition site is open for large international
exhibitions (ServicePartnerCenter, 1st floor). The opening times are shown in the

Stands are not to be partly or fully dismantled or exhibits removed before the end of the event. Exhibitors contravening this rule are liable to a penalty amounting to 50 % of the stand rent. The exhibition area is to be restored to its original state after dismantling the stand. The exhibitor is responsible for any damage caused by incorrect handling.
The organizer is entitled to dismantle and store the stand equipment and exhibits at the exhibitor’s cost if the stand space is not cleared by the end of the official dismantling time.
Stand units on joint stands and stand areas of the combination packages must be cleared by the participants on Thursday, 12 May 2022 at the latest 1 hour after the end of the fair.
Vehicle access to the loading yards is only possible on payment of a deposit of 100,00 EUR (exception: trucks of 7.5 tons or more during dismantling). The deposit will be refunded if the vehicle leaves
the loading yard within the time limits mentioned on Info 3, Item 46.

Create and personalize exhibitor passes for your stand personnel in the portal ticket services for exhibitors. Your quota is dependent on the size of your stand. Main exhibitors with a stand area of up to 20 sqm will receive four free exhibitor passes. An additional exhibitor pass will be issued free of charge for each partial 10 sqm.Here you will find a short guide to ticket services for exhibitors.
You have the option of ordering unlimited additional exhibitor passes. Billing is based on use (EUR 24,37 plus VAT, if applicable for each exhibitor pass).
The exhibitor pass also provides access to parallel events (see point parallel events).

A visit to the parallel events PCIM Europe and SENSOR+TEST* is included in the visitor ticket as well as the exhibitor pass.
*For SENSOR+TEST a separate registration is necessary for data protection reasons. With the purchase of your SMTconnect ticket you will receive your personal voucher code.
Assembly and dismantling: Parking is free of charge for exhibitors during assembly and dismantling.
During the trade fair, parking is subject to a charge. Please order the required long-term parking permits via the Exhibitor Services Shop. The parking spaces are designated accordingly on site.
Only the ServicePartner is allowed to carry out commercial photography work during an event. Exhibitors can take photographs of their own stand as required.
If a photographer other than the approved exhibition photographer Bischof & Broel,

VIP tickets for your customers can be ordered on the ticket services for exhibitors portal. Please note that the number of available tickets per exhibitor is limited to 20 tickets. The VIP ticket includes the following services: digital entry voucher for admission to the exhibition on all 3 days, free parking for the entire duration of the exhibition and entry to the VIP-Lounge.
Make use of the digital solutions of the ticket services for exhibitors portal:
- Activate voucher codes or voucher links for your own e-mailings and email campaigns
- Download VIP vouchers in the form of PDF files and send these directly to your customers
- Upload a list of your VIP customers (a maximum of 20 people) and the system will send out the voucher codes automatically
- Your customers redeem the vouchers in the ticket shop for visitors. The ticket services for exhibitors portal provides you with an overview of registrations already received.
If your customers redeem their VIP entry tickets on site, you will be charged per ticket. These will be invoiced to you shortly after the event.

Publishers of unauthorized directories often offer exhibitors an entry into
low-quality directories in the months leading up to an exhibition. In some
cases, these unauthorized directories even hide long-term payment requests
in four-digit amounts in the small print. The Association of the German
Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) provides information on how to avoid
becoming a victim of this directory scam.
Exhibitors and their subcontractors are obliged to effectively contribute to the avoidance of waste during every phase of an event. This goal has to be pursued in coordination with all participants, starting in the planning phase.
The following waste disposal options are available to the exhibitor:
1. The exhibitor can make his own arrangements to dispose of the waste outside the exhibition grounds at his own cost.
2. Proper disposal of the waste at extra cost by the official ServicePartner of NürnbergMesse by placing an order using the Shop for exhibitor services. The disposal of waste in waste containers or in other facilities of the Nuremberg exhibition grounds is expressly prohibited. Exhibitors are obliged to hand over their stand spaces in a clean condition at the end of the event. This particularly applies to materials left on the hall floor (e.g. remains of adhesive tape etc.). See Item 4.7.4. If a completed and signed order form is not received by the return deadline, NürnbergMesse assumes that the exhibitor will make his own arrangements for waste disposal.
